Experience soon tells you that you need to be concerned if your dog shows any of the following signs of ill health:
§ Lumps or swelling
§ Reduced or excessive appetite
§ Reduced or excessive drinking
§ Extreme weight loss or gain
§ Limping, stiffness, or difficulty getting up or down
§ Difficulty in going to the toilet, excessive or uncontrolled pooing or weeing
§ Discharges from any body opening
§ Head shaking, scratching, or licking
§ Changes in his hair
§ Changes in behaviour
§ Fatigue; lagging behind on walks or not wanting to go walkies
§ Foul breath
Make a note of any changes and consult your vet for a checkup.
